Grease trap tablet
A tablet for a grease trap is a biological product that is used to clean a grease trap (in food enterprises, cafes, restaurants), as well as to clean fat separators.
The tablet is a complex of anaerobic microbial cultures, natural, scientifically selected (but not genetically modified) microorganisms, selected for the rapid decomposition of almost all fractions of animal fats and vegetable oils.
Microbial cultures continue to produce the enzyme as long as there is a need to consume fats and other organic waste. Microbes in a biological product are strictly saprophytic, i.e. decompose only inanimate and dead materials.
As a result of the anaerobic microbial activity of the biological product in combination with water and mechanical aeration, an acceptable level of BOD, COD, and odor is achieved.
