Application

Designed for under-sink installation.
The separator retains animal and vegetable fats, as well as waste, which is constantly accumulating in the kitchens of restaurants, cafes, and other catering establishments. Also, fat separators are used in dairies, cheese dairies, food processing plants, fish disassembly shops, etc.

Specifications:

The oil separator is designed for the purification of industrial water with a high content of fatty substances. This type of wastewater discharge hinders the course of natural biological treatment processes, as well as negatively affects the proper functioning of sewage systems.
Oil separators are flow-through – this means that the separation of water oils and medium-stable emulsions from other effluents is carried out mechanically during the passage of the wastewater flow through the separator.
Provided the correct selection of the nominal capacity and the passage of the nominal flow, the working surface of the separator is quite enough for large drops of fat to rise to the surface and turn into a homogeneous layer.
A prerequisite for the effective treatment of wastewater containing greasy contamination is the use of a separator.
In the first phase of the cleaning process, the flow rate slows down, at which sedimentation occurs – solid particles are separated from the liquid.
The next phase of cleaning is the process of flotation of particles of fatty substances and their accumulation on the surface of the water. This two-phase cleaning process is carried out in accordance with the instructions, provided that preliminary measurements are carried out correctly and correct maintenance, it guarantees the removal efficiency of up to 95% of fat.

Requirements and scope

Ukrainian legislation sets rather high requirements for manufacturers of treatment equipment, in particular in the field of groundwater protection. Fat breakdown products pose a serious threat to the environment. That is why our equipment is used where the level of such threats is especially high and where the separation of vegetable and animal fats, oils, and other fatty substances from the rest of the wastewater is a prerequisite for production.

Specifications

The grease separators are made of high-density polyethylene. The material from which the separator is made is a copolymer of linear medium density polyethylene with a dense molecular structure. The material is supplied in powder form.
