Activated carbons for the nuclear industry are produced in a wide range – based on coconut shells and coal, impregnated with TEDA or KI. Therefore, our clients can be sure that they will be able to select the required coal grade for solving their specific tasks.

Activated carbons for the nuclear industry are produced under strict quality control. Each batch of coal produced is tested and accepted by the quality control department of Sutcliffe Speakman – a Chemviron Carbon Company in accordance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9002.
